Cause Cups are reusable, fully recyclable glass coffee cups,100% free of plastic, aimed at achieving two main goals. To help save the planet from the scourge of single-use plastic. And to give a large percentage of profit back to charities supporting the causes we promote.
What is the Cause Cups Mission?
We have set ourselves a BIG goal. We want to raise over $3,000,000 for causes you support and at the same time help reduce single-use plastic cups going to landfill. Raising $3,000,000 is just the beginning. Part of our mission will be the education and promotion of solutions to address the enormous global issue of plastic pollution.
I've purchased a Cause Cup - where does the money go?
When you purchase a Cause Cup $3 will be donated to charities supporting the cause you have chosen. Through social media, and other media channels, each donation event will be promoted to raise as much awareness as possible for charities and causes.
How do you choose the charities you donate to?
The choice of charities will be based partly on our selection criteria, and partly on what charities want to align with Cause Cups.
How do I take care of my Cause Cup?
Cause Cups are dishwasher safe but will benefit from a good hand wash. We highly recommend washing your Cause Cup after every use.
If for some reason your Cause Cups gets damaged please follow our warranty and returns policy for more detailed information about the process.
Is it safe to give you my personal details?
It is 100% safe to provide your personal details. We will never share your information with any other organisation without your permission and your privacy and your trust is our number 1 priority.
How long will it take to for my Cause Cup to be delivered?
Our shipping policy will include specific details but we will use Australia Post where possible to ensure your Cause Cup is delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible.
